Three: Wear A Tight Fitted Shirt | Vest Underneath All Your Layers To Tuck Into Your Pants, Then Layer With A Thick Sweater & Your Favourite Jacket

Four:  You Can Also Incorporate Layering Into Your Dress Ensemble By Wearing Stockings, A Jacket Over Your Dress & Coat For The Top Layer – I Suggest Thigh High Boots To Cover Most Of Your Leg
